Use, Retention and disposal: All personal or sensitive information will only be used and retained for the duration as mandated by our client’s service level agreements (SLA) for services rendered and as per the requirements of the CRA. Once determined the data can be disposed of the electronic PII will be deleted from all databases and any documents.
Monitoring and Enforcement: Our Compliance, Risk & Audit department are responsible for monitoring and enforcing any violations of our Privacy Statement or Privacy and Confidentiality policy. They ensure that all staff regardless of their primary responsibilities, are aware, and are compliant with our Privacy policy, in all situations where there is a possible breach.
