Online Banking

To make a payment online,Sign in to your online banking site and add “Partners In Credit” as a payee. Process your payment in the same manner as you would with any other account that you pay online.

Be sure to include your unique file number on your payment. Your unique file number can be found on

• The letter you received from us.
• It may also appear on your personal credit report.

If, in fact your bank does not accept your account number with Partners In Credit,

• Remove the 1st digit from your account number and replace it with the letters DB.
• Should the account were acting on behalf of be with either the CIBC or TD Bank, your account number will begin with a ‘Z’.

Once your payment has been completed, simply copy / paste your payment and e-mail this copy to customercare@partnersincredit.com , with the subject line reading attention Payment Office (noting your account number beside Payment Office)
